Craig RynoVice President of Real Estate

Craig A Ryno serves as the Vice President of Real Estate, where he oversees the land use approval process from inception to construction for over 3,000 multifamily units throughout New Jersey. In his role, Craig acts as a liaison between the municipalities and developers to modify the plans as needed to become acceptable to all parties. Craig has obtained approvals for over 5,000 multifamily units and 500,000+ sq ft of commercial space in multiple municipalities including Garfield, Bound Brook, Pompton Lakes, Hackensack, Lincoln Park, Gloucester City, Lodi, and Toms River.

Born in South Plainfield NJ, Craig has spent his entire life in the tri-state area earning his bachelor’s degree of Arts in Political Science from Gettysburg College. Craig started his career as a sales associate for Weichert Realtors in Chester, NJ doing general Real Estate business. He set a company sales record with twenty-two million dollars sold in 1981. Craig then went on to become the Senior Vice President of Weichert New Homes in Morristown, NJ, starting the New Home Division for Weichert Realtors. He was responsible for training and managing Regional Account Managers in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. Craig managed and consulted to approximately 60 communities marketed by 35 separate builders in a five-state area through 4 division managers and a staff of approximately 75 where sales exceeded $100M each year. Craig Ryno is the broker of Ryno Real Estate Solutions, proudly celebrating 25 years of excellence in the industry. Under his leadership, the Craig Ryno team has successfully completed over 5,000 closings, achieving a peak annual volume of $120 million. Craig’s unique blend of market insight and exceptional negotiating skills has propelled Ryno Real Estate to remarkable success, often outshining much larger firms. His accolades include multiple awards from the Builders League of South Jersey, such as Salesperson of the Year, Rookie Salesperson of the Year (twice), and Sales Manager of the Year (twice), as well as the New Jersey Builders Association’s Sales Manager of the Year.
