Capodagli Property Company’s Meridia Dover Recognized Among NJPO’s Award-Winning Projects

DOVER, N.J. — August 28, 2026 — Capodagli Property Company is proud to announce that Meridia Dover has been recognized as an award-winning project by the New Jersey Planning Officials (NJPO) for the transformative vision behind the Bassett Highway Redevelopment Plan and Meridia Dover Project.

NJPO’s annual awards recognize outstanding projects that demonstrate thoughtful and effective planning and help shape a better future for communities across New Jersey. Meridia Dover was recognized for its role in smart growth, community revitalization, and transit-oriented development, transforming a long-underutilized property in the heart of Dover into a vibrant mixed-use destination.

Located within walking distance of the Dover Train Station, the project will include approximately 640 residential units, including affordable housing, more than 12,000 square feet of commercial space, a new civic plaza, public riverwalk, enhanced pedestrian connections, and green infrastructure.
